JAD Enterprises LLC is an accredited investor lead and investor marketing company in McKinney, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. James Deal founded the company in 2016 and runs it with his sister, Rachel Deal, Vice President of Sales. JAD sells investor leads priced by age, from survey leads its in-house callers spoke with in the last 2–14 days to older dialer lists. It also runs calling, Facebook and Instagram, voicemail and AI calling campaigns for fund managers, brokers and other capital raisers. JAD does not provide capital and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Its AI division, AI Investor Calls (investorcalls.ai), has placed 8,600,000+ AI calls as of July 2026.

A Note from James
I'm James Deal, and I own JAD Enterprises. We help people find investors. We sell investor leads and run the marketing to reach them.
We don't provide capital. We provide investors.
Before JAD, I spent 2010 to 2015 on the phones in Dallas raising money for oil and gas partnerships. I started as a front caller, cold-calling accredited investors, and worked my way up to closing. Working those leads every day, I saw two things. Most lead suppliers had no real quality control. And everybody wanted leads that had actually been qualified on the phone.
So in 2016 I started JAD. I opened a call center to clean and qualify investor leads, and to help companies with outbound calling and marketing to find new investors. In 2023 I started testing what AI voice agents could really do, and that work became AI Investor Calls. In 2024 we moved from Plano to our office in McKinney.
These days I manage the operations, source the lead data and keep the quality up to standard. I customize lead orders for each client, run social media campaigns, and build and maintain our AI calling agents. It's long hours, and I'm hands on with all of it.
My callers work here in the office. They're not outsourced. They talk to the survey leads before we sell them, and ask if they're accredited, what they've invested in before and if they're open to something new.
I can't promise you a close. It's really the project and the closer. What I can do is make sure the leads are what we say they are. If you get bad numbers or someone who isn't accredited, keep track of them and send them over, and we'll replace them.

How Our Leads Are Made
Where they come from
Social media ads, broker-qualified fronts, client lists of people who have invested before, and our own callers.
What our callers ask
If they're accredited under the SEC definition and what they've invested in. They also ask if they're open to new opportunities and could fund in about 30 days. Accredited status is what they tell us on the call.
No repeats
Every order is checked against what you've bought from us before, and against your own list if you send it.
Delivery
Most orders delivered within 1 hour; up to 8 hours during high-volume periods or outside business hours.
Replacements
Disconnected numbers, wrong people, duplicates and non-accredited contacts are replaced one for one once you send us which ones.

Who We Work With
Our clients raise capital or sell investments by phone: oil and gas operators, precious metals dealers, private fund and real estate sponsors, and brokers. Many run their own call rooms and buy leads for their callers. Others hire us to run the whole campaign.

AI Investor Calls, Our AI Division
AI Investor Calls is JAD's AI calling division, not a separate company. James started testing AI voice agents in 2023. The agents now call and qualify investors at high volume, and they keep the full details of each offering on every call. About 300,000 dials a month go out as of September 2026.
The hardest lesson from all those calls: more complexity makes agents worse. Our worst performance drop, 91%, came from well-meant “improvements.”
