Where do you get your leads?

The original source could be anything from web opt-ins, social media, fronted leads from rooms pitching deals, radio, cold calling business owners, and other high net worth individuals.

Our $5 leads are all called by our in-house callers to find responsive accredited investors who are open to new deals.

The fronts and dialer leads come from rooms pitching deals. For instance, if you have 15 callers fronting leads all day you end up with a fair amount of leads who were qualified but did not convert. We have relationships to obtain that data.

How do I pay for the leads or services?

Just let us know what you are interested in and well send over an invoice to your email from QuickBooks. We accept credit, debit, ACH, check and wire.

How soon will I receive my leads?

We aim to get them to you within the hour but always the same day if payment is received during business hours.

How long does it take to get started with a caller campaign?

It depends on the availability of an open caller. If we have a caller available, it will only take a day or two to get everything set up and your first leads generated.

How long does it take to get started with a social media campaign?

It typically takes 24-48 hours from when we start until you receive your first lead.

What format will the leads come in?

We email them to you in an Excel spreadsheet. We can also send in CSV or PDF Format as well if needed.  

What info is included on the leads?

All leads have name, at least one phone number, some have full mailing address or at least the state and some have emails. We can filter leads if needed to ensure that they all have emails or mailing addresses.

Can I get cell phone only leads?

Yes, just make sure to let us know when ordering.

Can I get only the states I want?

Yes, within reason. Make sure to let us know when ordering.

The $5 leads we only get so many in each state per day as we call across the country so you will have to have several states people live in.

The fronts and dialer leads we have a lot more to pull from but still only 1 or 2 small states makes it hard.

Are the leads resold?

The lead lists are all in time resold, but you do have an exclusive period on all lists. That is not to say the leads are not getting other calls as they are likely on other list, but we are not selling the same leads over and over. Any custom generated leads for a campaign like social media are not resold and are yours.

Are the leads opt-in or consenting be called?

We do not ask for permission or tell them we will be selling their information when we speak to them. If we did, no one with real money would consent to that.

I need Do Not Call (DNC) Compliant leads, what should I buy?

The best route would be our Real Time Leads as we just spoke to them, and they were receptive. We can also generate opt-in leads for you who are wanting to hear more on investments.  Last of all we do have business leads which are exempt from the DNC.

How are the leads qualified?

The Real Time Leads are all phone verified by our callers located in our Dallas office. On the call we ensure the leads are accredited and understand what that means. We also inquire about what they do for a living and their investment history to get a good idea of who they are. Beyond that we ask if they can become liquid for the right opportunity within 30 days if they like it. We do not qualify for amounts as we are not pitching an exact opportunity and an investor may do $200k on real estate but only $20k on something like oil.

The fronts and dialer leads we are more so relying on brokers in rooms who are pitching deals only to accredited investors but overall, we do not run into many issues. Before any new list is sold, we do call it to eliminate most of the bad leads such as dead, disconnected, no longer at that number. We will definitely replace any bad leads if you do find any, just keep track of them.          

What if I find bad leads on the list?

There is always room for some human error but if you find any leads who are not accredited by SEC definition, dead, wrong numbers, disconnected we will replace them for you if you keep track of which ones are bad. If you buy an email list we will replace any bounced emails.

What is your success rate?

I wish we had one standard answer but it’s up in the air and out of our hands as we do not close the investors ourselves. Being completely transparent we have guys who are just buying a few hundred leads and raising a million in a month and then we have guys who spend $20,000 on leads and or services who after two months have nothing raised. That said on average if your deal makes sense, you have a reasonable minimum, your return is fair, and you stay on top of the leads asking for the money you’ll do well.

Do you have any references I can call?

Yes, that is not a problem. We do ask that we save that for the very last part before we are ready to actually start. This is only because we will have to call in a favor from a busy client which is fine, but we get a lot of prospective clients requesting references who are not really serious or ready to start. Once we have looked over everything and we are all ready to go I’ll ensure that you can talk to a client of ours who is raising money with our services.

How are your leads different from other lead brokers?

We actually call the leads to ensure that you are getting exactly what we say you are. We are not just getting a random list from a guy and taking them on their word and reselling it to everyone in town. We also are in the business of generating new leads and providing a more customized lead generation experience.

Can you send me a few samples?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any free samples. We can do a test order at $250 so that you can get an actual read on the leads.

Can I pay you after I close an investor?

Unfortunately, we do require payment in full before sending any leads or providing any services. This is due to the costs associated with generating the leads.
