Fresh investor leads are investors a caller spoke with very recently. At JAD Enterprises LLC, in the lead business since 2016, our freshest tier is 2–14 days old at delivery (as of October 2026). Check lead age before price. A recent conversation usually means more working numbers and investors who remember the call. Cheaper aged leads still have a place, mainly in rooms that dial high volume.
"How old are the leads?" is one of the first things buyers ask us. It's the right question.
How old are fresh investor leads?
On the JAD price card, fresh investor leads are 2–14 days old at delivery, counted from the last time a caller spoke with the investor (as of October 2026). That is our Real-Time Surveyed tier. Premium Fronted leads are 6–12 months old. Dialer and budget lists are 1–4 years old.
A fronted lead is an investor a broker or caller already had a first conversation with. "Fronts" is the short name.
Ask any seller two dates, not one:
- When was the investor last spoken to? That is the real age.
- When was the list built or sold? A list "delivered today" can hold conversations from years ago.
Before you order, also ask what last-contact information your delivered file will show. If a seller can't give you the date of the last conversation, treat the lead as old.
Why does lead age matter more than price?
Lead age matters more because price only tells you what one record costs. Age is a better guide to how many records turn into real conversations. Numbers go dead, people change jobs and interest fades over time. A cheap lead that never picks up can cost more per conversation than a pricier lead that answers.
What usually changes with age:
- Working numbers. Older lists tend to carry more disconnected and wrong-person numbers.
- Memory. An investor spoken to last week is more likely to remember the call than one spoken to years ago.
- Who else called. After the exclusive window ends, list leads may be sold again. Older leads have often heard more pitches.
None of this means aged leads are bad. It means you should judge them by cost per conversation, not cost per record. Results still depend on your offer and your closers.
What does each lead tier buy?
Each JAD Enterprises LLC tier is priced by lead age. As of October 2026, an order is $750, split across whatever tiers you choose. Real-Time Surveyed leads are $5, Premium Fronted leads $0.50, Dialer leads $0.25, budget lists from $0.05 and email leads $0.10. Newer leads cost more and stay exclusive longer.
Prices as of October 2026:
| Tier | Age at delivery | Price per lead | Exclusive for you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Real-Time Surveyed | 2–14 days | $5 | 60 days |
| Premium Fronted | 6–12 months | $0.50 | 30 days |
| Dialer | 1–2 years | $0.25 | 30 days |
| Budget lists | 2–4 years | from $0.05 | 30 days |
| 6 months–2 years | $0.10 | — |
As of October 2026, one $750 order typically buys about 150 survey leads, about 1,500 fronted leads or about 3,000 dialer leads, or any mix of them. Counts are typical, not a promise. You can see what is available on our lead lists page.
On every tier, accredited status is what the investor told our callers or the qualifying broker. It is self-reported, and it is only as current as the date of that call. Lead age tells you how recent the conversation was. Neither age nor accredited status tells you whether an investor wants your particular offering.
Which tier fits how your room dials?
Match the tier to how many dials your room makes in a day. Rooms dialing by hand usually get more from fresh survey leads, because every dial counts. Rooms on an auto dialer or AI calling can work older, cheaper lists. Compare tiers using your own conversation rates before adding volume.
Rough daily volume, from our own numbers as of October 2026:
- Hand dialing: about 200 dials a day. Every dial counts, so survey leads and fronts usually fit.
- Auto dialer: about 800 dials a day. Dialer leads and fronts keep the lines busy at a lower cost.
- AI calling: 10,000+ calls a day. At that volume, budget lists from $0.05 become workable. AI Investor Calls (investorcalls.ai), JAD's AI division, runs these campaigns. Our AI calling page explains how it works.
Many rooms mix tiers. Survey leads go to the top closer. Fronts go to mid-level callers. Dialer leads feed the dialer and train new callers.
What should you ask a seller about lead age?
Ask for the date of the last conversation, what was said on that call, and what happens when a number is bad. A good seller answers all three plainly and in writing. If the answers are vague or there is no date, treat the leads as older than they look.
Questions worth asking before you pay:
- 1.What is the age range of this batch, by last contact date?
- 2.Did a live person speak with each investor, or is this a list pulled from a database?
- 3.How long is the lead exclusive to me, and when does that window start?
- 4.What last-contact information will my delivered file show?
- 5.What does your replacement policy cover, and how long do I have to send bad records?
Our replacement policy covers disconnected numbers, the wrong person, investors who say they are not accredited, deceased contacts, and duplicates of a past order with us. The policy page has the full terms.
Can a lead's accredited status go out of date?
Yes. Accredited status on a lead is what the investor said on one call, and income, net worth and the rules all change. An answer given years ago reflects that investor's situation then. A recent survey answer is closer to where the investor stands today, though it is still self-reported.
As of October 2026, the SEC's income test for an individual is income over $200,000 in each of the last two years. With a spouse or spousal equivalent, it is over $300,000 together. The investor should also reasonably expect the same income this year. The net worth test is over $1 million, alone or with a spouse or spousal equivalent, not counting the primary home. Some professional licenses also qualify (SEC).
The rules may also move. On September 30, 2026, the SEC asked for public comment on new ways to qualify as accredited. At that meeting, the SEC chair said accredited investor access to private offerings "should not be limited solely to individuals satisfying financial thresholds" (SEC statement). If new paths are adopted, lists built years ago will not include investors who qualify under them. Fresh survey leads reflect what investors are telling callers now.

How do you start without overbuying?
Start with one $750 order (as of October 2026) split across two tiers. Call both the same way, with the same script. Track how many dials turn into conversations for each tier. That shows which lead age your room can work, using your own numbers instead of ours.
With fresh leads, call within 24 hours of delivery. Every day a batch sits, it gets older.
