A: Our investor leads are sourced from a variety of channels, including web opt-ins, social media, radio broadcasts, and cold calls to business owners and other high net worth individuals. We also obtain fronted leads from rooms where deals are being pitched.
Each Real Time lead is personally contacted by our in-house team. For a nominal fee of $5, we ensure that these leads are responsive, accredited investors who are open to exploring new investment opportunities.
Fronts and dialer leads are potential investors who have been contacted during deal-pitching sessions but did not convert at that time. For example, if you have a team of 15 callers generating leads throughout the day, you’ll inevitably end up with a significant number of qualified leads who didn’t convert. We leverage our relationships to obtain this valuable data, providing you with a pool of potential investors who have already expressed interest in investment opportunities.
Q: How can I pay for the leads or services?
A: We’ve made the payment process simple and convenient for you. Once you’ve identified the leads or services you’re interested in, we’ll send an invoice directly to your email via QuickBooks. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, checks, and wire transfers. This flexibility ensures you can choose the method that best suits your needs.
Q: How soon will I receive my leads?
A: We strive to deliver your leads as quickly as possible. If payment is received during business hours, you can expect to receive your leads within the hour, but always on the same day.
Q: How long does it take to get started with a caller campaign?
A: The timeline for starting a caller campaign depends on the availability of an open caller. If we have a caller available, it typically takes one to two days to set everything up and generate your first leads.
Q: How long does it take to get started with a social media campaign?
A: Starting a social media campaign is a swift process. You can expect to receive your first lead within 24 to 48 hours from the start of the campaign.
Q: What format will the leads come in?
A: We deliver the leads to you via email in an Excel spreadsheet format. However, we can also provide the leads in CSV or PDF format if needed.
Q: What info is included on the leads?
A: Our leads include the name, at least one phone number, and in some cases, a full mailing address or at least the state, and some have emails. We can filter leads to ensure that they all have emails or mailing addresses if needed.
Q: Can I get cell phone only leads?
A: Yes, we can provide cell phone only leads. Please specify this requirement when ordering.
Q: Can I get leads from specific states?
A: Yes, we can provide leads from specific states within reason. Please specify your preferred states when ordering. For our $5 leads, as we call across the country, you will need to specify several states. For fronts and dialer leads, we have more to pull from, but small states can still be challenging.
Q: Are the leads resold?
A: While our lead lists are resold over time, you do have an exclusive period on all lists. However, custom generated leads for campaigns like social media are not resold and are exclusively yours.
Q: Are the leads opt-in or consenting to be called?
A: We do not ask for permission or inform them that we will be selling their information when we speak to them. This is because individuals with significant funds typically would not consent to such a practice.
Q: I need Do Not Call (DNC) Compliant leads, what should I buy?
A: Our Real Time Leads would be the best option as we have just spoken to them, and they were receptive. We can also generate opt-in leads for you who are interested in hearing more about investments. Lastly, we do have business leads which are exempt from the DNC.
Q: How are the leads qualified?
A: The Real Time Leads are phone verified by our callers located in our Dallas office. On the call, we ensure the leads are accredited and understand what that means. We also inquire about their profession and investment history to get a good idea of who they are. Beyond that, we ask if they can become liquid for the right opportunity within 30 days if they like it. We do not qualify for amounts as we are not pitching an exact opportunity and an investor may do $200k on real estate but only $20k on something like oil.
Q: What if I find bad leads on the list?
A: While we strive for accuracy, there is always room for some human error. If you find any leads who are not accredited by SEC definition, dead, wrong numbers, disconnected, we will replace them for you if you keep track of which ones are bad. If you buy an email list, we will replace any bounced emails.
Q: What is your success rate?
A: Success rates can vary greatly as we do not close the investors ourselves. However, on average, if your deal makes sense, you have a reasonable minimum, your return is fair, and you stay on top of the leads asking for the money, you’ll do well.
Q: Do you have any references I can call?
A: Yes, we can provide references. However, we ask that we save this for the very last part before we are ready to actually start. This is because we will have to call in a favor from a busy client.
Q: How are your leads different from other lead brokers?
A: We stand out from other lead brokers because we actually call the leads to ensure that you are getting exactly what we say you are. We also specialize in generating new leads and providing a more customized lead generation experience.
Q: Can you send me a few samples?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t have any free samples. However, we can do a test order at $250 so that you can get an actual read on the leads.
Q: Can I pay you after I close an investor?
A: Unfortunately, we do require payment in full before sending any leads or providing any services. This is due to the costs associated with generating the leads.

A: While we stand by the quality of our leads and the effectiveness of our campaigns, it’s important to note that the success of an investment is influenced by many factors beyond our control. Therefore, while we can assure you of the quality of our leads and the meticulousness of our campaigns, we cannot guarantee a specific amount of money raised. Our primary goal is to provide you with the best possible resources and services to help you succeed.
Q: Can you ensure that I don’t receive leads that are already in my CRM?
A: Absolutely! We understand the value of unique leads. To prevent duplication, we will cross-reference any lead order with your existing database, irrespective of its size or data source. However, to facilitate this, we require you to provide us with the complete phone numbers from any suppression or internal Do Not Call (DNC) list that you maintain. This way, we ensure that the leads you purchase from us are fresh and unique to your database.
