Investor Caller Services
Consultation – $250 One-Time Fee
(Fee is waived upon payment of campaign)
Our consultation process is designed to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your investment. This also gives you an opportunity to speak with your assigned representative prior to your campaign.
Here’s how it works:
- We provide you with our Call Campaign Intake Form for you to detail your investment.
- Once returned, your designated representative will then examine the completed Call Campaign Intake Form along with any additional provided materials.
- After gaining a thorough understanding of your offering and requirements, we will arrange a phone or video meeting with your representative.
- During this meeting, you can further explain the offering, ensure the representative is presenting the offering as you desire, and address any questions they may have.
Call Campaign Service – $5,000 Per Month – Per Caller
Our call campaign service is comprehensive and includes:
- Your caller will make calls Monday through Friday for 20 business days, working 40-hour weeks.
- We supply all leads and cover all calling expenses.
- You can expect 4-6 leads per day from your caller based on your qualifications, with detailed notes delivered in real-time through Google Sheets.
- Your caller will aim to determine the best follow-up time frame and days of the week for optimal contact results.
- Your caller will send an introductory email to every lead as it is generated, serving as a reminder of the discussed topics and to expect your call.
- You will be provided with your caller’s direct number and email for any questions or concerns.
Follow Up Calls & Appointment Setting
$2,500 per month per caller
Our Dedicated Follow-Up Service
Our team ensures that all prospects receive an introductory email. We make daily follow-up calls and resend the email if necessary, ensuring that no lead is missed.
Booking Appointments
Once a prospect has reviewed the information sent and expressed interest in proceeding, we take care of scheduling them on your calendar. This way, you can focus on what you do best – building relationships and closing deals.
Addressing Concerns
If a prospect loses interest after reviewing the information, we don’t just let them go. We engage them, understand their reservations, and relay their questions and concerns to you. You can then address these directly or through us, as per your preference.
Missed Appointments? No Problem
In case a prospect misses their appointment, our team will reach out to them in an attempt to reschedule. We understand that time is money, and we strive to ensure that no opportunity is lost.
Post-Interaction Follow-Up
Even after you’ve spoken to a lead, our team can assist you in maintaining contact if needed. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
